The Sexual Health Program

The Sexual Health Program is an intensive, clinically based program designed to cover the broad spectrum of sex and sexuality-related issues that often co-present with substance abuse. These can include, but are not limited to, the following:

Participants in the Sexual Health Program are assigned to a specifically trained counselor and go through a three-phase process during their recommended four week stay:

  • Assessment / Problem Identification
  • Problem-Focused Therapies
  • Recovery and Relapse Prevention Planning

Couple and family therapies are strongly encouraged in both programs as well as Twelve Step Support meetings for both chemical addiction and sexual health.

Residential Sexual Health Services

This program consists of multiple group therapies per week along with weekly individual therapy. Clients in this program will address their sexual health issues in conjunction with their substance abuse. This program is available in 28 day primary treatment, 14 day prevention/relapse and continuing care planning and 5-7 day intensive workshop options.

Intensive Outpatient Sexual Health Services

This program consists of one group meeting and one individual therapy session weekly. Clients in this program can be seen for the primary sexual health treatment with or without a substance abuse diagnosis.
